a few days ago i went stairs upside (without equipment) - a wrong step and now i have to go into the hospital and am not able to work the next ???? month :(.

its just a german site but look at the pictures, its unbelievable.
just one small wrong step and so much damaged!

so be careful even with NO equipment!!!!

so...
after one sheet of steel and 6 screws:

will take me off work for 3 to 6 month :-(

the positive is that over xmas and the holidays the most movies are shown over the year :D
