Hi
I was snooping around the older posts in here and noticed I'd never posted any vids I'd shot from a rig. So now it's time to sort that! Here are some clips from the tape I stuck in the camera whilst rehersing for a dance show I filmed recently.
The first opening shot is filmed in some major wind I must add! It was also the first time i'd used a wide angle lens on a steadicam for rapid direction changes. I must say it's a twat! any and I do mean any horizon roll looks about a million times worse! I'll be sticking with standard/longer lengths in future for rapid direction changes. I'll at least get more practise in on it, as I'm normally the first to point out any horizon roll.
Please also Ignore any other cameras in shot or my shadow! as like I said it was rehersal so it wasn't lit correctly and there was some behind the scenes filming going on. No you can't see that either as I'm shy about that kinda stuff!
