what to buy? 2 (Yes again!)

Well some time ago i posted a question about what to buy, in my options i had bassom bumblebee (descarted) glidecam smooth shooter (descarted) and Glidecam vest and arm x-10 plus glidecam 4000 pro (this is the one i picked according to money and your opinions) but now that i am near buy it i came across a brand of steady cams that are made here in argentina, the one i saw us the bem-60 from flycam (www.flycam.com.ar (http://www.flycam.com.ar)) it would be like the glidecam smooth shooter, the thing here is that the bem-60 from flycam is cheaper but it includes a training course, and the Glidecam vest and arm x-10 plus glidecam 4000 pro when you pick it up they say to you "ok now go figure it out". So i wanted to know if anyone of you own or kwon if these flycam are good rigs, thanks!

Cant comment on the Flycam, as i never see one in daylight.
What i can say is that the guy making and selling them isnt the brightest. I asked him where to power the follow focus once, and he replyd why i needed a follow focus. You can do it by hand. I knew enough. Makes me think that the workshop the supply isnt the best. But this all was 2 years ago, mayby the have learned by now? iDK
